generally this error come from time setting is not matched between source AD and the server which PWSyncServer running on.
Could you check if time is different between server module and source active directory?
The remote server and the client's system time must be within (typically) 5 minutes of each other

I ran into error below when i run "Test user mapping" of PWSyncClientConfiguration.exe.
i put Server ID/PW correctly.
