it should be sync'ed instantly when user reset password.
if you use trial key, the test user should start with "test" as prefix to work.
did you reboot source DC after PWSync Installation?

Simply Sync Password
Password SYNC
Is there a timer on the password sync part of it. When I change the password on the AD server with the agent how long is it supposed to take before it syncs with the Password Sync Server in the other Domain?
