after I create the new user in Account Management , I try to verify users and no user shows up in the list.I don't get an error or anything this is the trial version so we are testing before we buy
Please check if users have a value in "Target Key Attribute".for examples, if the "Target Key Attribute" field has "mail", user should have value in mail property of user object.Regards,

Yes, you can use any AD attribute.just keep in mind, the value of target key attribute should have the same value with source key attribute on source user.Regards,
