Could you try to restart "PWSync AD Service" and "PWSync AD Timer Service"?
already reboot the source and target dc. anything else? or any log file i can found out? i have already enabled the debug log and found nothing about the schedule.

i had setup the password sync. everything ok only the schedule sync not work. i attach the schedule setting in the attachment. please let me know if i missing sth. thanks.
